摘要
实现基层党建和业务工作的融合发展是加强公立医院党的建设工作的重点和难点。当前,公立医院基层党建和业务工作存在脱节现象,原因包括二者属性上存在差异、陈旧理念的消极影响、推进力度有待加强等多方面。以苏州大学附属第一医院相关实践为例,从深入思想发动、完善组织设置、健全制度保障、突出能力建设、强化工作协同等方面入手,探索公立医院基层党建与业务融合发展的路径,为提升党建工作成效、推动党建引领下的公立医院高质量发展提供借鉴。
Achieving the integrated development of grassroots Party building and daily operation is the focus and difficulty of strengthening Party building in public hospitals. At present, there is a disconnect between grassroots Party building and daily operation in public hospitals. The reasons include: the natural differences in the attributes of the two, the negative impact of outdated management concepts, and the need to further strengthen the promotion efforts. Taking the relevant practice of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University as an example, this paper explores the solution to the integrated development of grassroots Party building and business development in public hospitals from the aspects of in-depth thinking, improving organizational settings, improving institutional guarantees, highlighting capacity building, and strengthening work collaboration. It provides a reference for further strengthening the Party’s overall leadership over public hospitals, adhering to the public welfare of public hospitals,and promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals under the leadership of Party building.
