石墨烯在镍磷化学复合镀中的应用

摘要 简单介绍了化学镀原理、石墨烯的结构及其性质。化学镀镍技术是化学镀中发展最快的一种,所得镀层具有厚度均匀、耐腐蚀性强、耐磨性好等特点,在工业中得到了广泛应用。石墨烯具有优异的光学、电学和力学等性质,将石墨烯应用于化学镀中,能展现石墨烯与镀覆金属的双重性能。本文综述了石墨烯在镍磷化学复合镀中的应用,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。 The principle of electroless plating,the structure and properties of graphene were briefly introduced.Electroless nickel plating is one of the fastest developing electroless plating,the coating has the characteristics of uniform thickness,strong corrosion resistance,good wear resistance,etc,electroless nickel plating has been widely used in industry.Graphene has excellent optical,electrical and mechanical properties.The application of graphene in electroless plating can show the dual properties of graphene and coated metal.The applications of graphene in Ni-P electroless composite plating were reviewed.The future research directions were prospected.
