摘要
为了应对汽油标准升级,汽油生产企业需进行工艺技术升级,包括降低汽油池中的硫含量和烯烃含量,同时要保持高辛烷值。脱硫降烯烃技术包括催化裂化汽油加氢和吸附脱硫,提高辛烷值技术包括轻汽油醚化、烷基化、异构化。文中介绍了上述工艺技术的特点及发展情况,国外汽油生产企业工艺成熟,配套装置丰富,汽油组成更加合理;国内汽油生产企业需要在装置建设和汽油组成上进行升级和完善。
Further to the upgrade of gasoline standards,gasoline producers need to upgrade the process technology,including reducing the sulfur and olefin content in the gasoline pool with high octane number.Desulfurization and olefin reduction technologies include catalytic cracking gasoline hydrogenation and adsorption desulfurization;octane number improvement technologies include etherization,alkylation and isomerization of light gasoline.This paperintroduced the characteristics and development of the above technologies,i.e.foreign gasoline producers had mature technologies,abundant supporting devices and more reasonable gasoline composition;domestic gasoline producers neededtoup grade and improvetheplantconstruction and gasoline composition.
