摘要
为了有效应对各种灾害事故对长输油气管道产生的应急事件,满足灾情分析与应急指挥的需要,应用地理信息系统(GIS)与管道应急信息化等技术,提出了管道应急态势标绘元素的分类体系,并研究了管道应急标绘的主要模型建模,包括油品泄漏标绘模型、天然气泄漏标绘模型、应急资源调配标绘模型,基于GIS的显示方法和实现流程提出了一种可行的态势可视化技术。通过试验应急演练,验证该研究的态势标绘技术应用于管道应急救援分析与处置的可行性和有效性。
To effectively deal with the emergency response to various disaster accidents on long distance oil transportation pipeline, and to meet the needs of disaster analysis and emergency command, the classification system of pipeline emergency situation plotting elements is proposed based on the application of geographic information system(GIS) and pipeline emergency information technology, The main modeling of pipeline emergency plotting is studied, including oil leakage plotting model, the standard model of natural gas leaking, emergency resource allocation plotting model. Based on GIS display method and implementation process, a feasible situation visualization technology is proposed. The feasibility and effectiveness of the situation plotting technology of the study is verified by the actual emergency drill.
