摘要
数字时代改变了信任产生的社会情境,以人工智能、区块链等为代表的新一代信息技术催生了数字信任的产生。从信任的内涵入手,阐述图书馆数字信任的概念与内涵,结合当前图书馆信任危机的缘由,搭建图书馆数字信任框架,并探寻其作用机理,进而提出图书馆数字信任的建构机制,包含顶层设计数字信任制度建设机制、以数据为核心构建高效的数据信任流通机制、以人为本完善技术伦理治理机制等内容,推动图书馆数字信任建设进程的可持续发展。
The digital age has changed the social context in which trust is generated,and a new generation of information technology represented by artificial intelligence and blockchain has given birth to digital trust.Starting from the connotation of trust,this paper expounds the concept and connotation of library digital trust,builds a framework of library digital trust based on the causes of the current library trust crisis,explores its action mechanism,and then proposes the construction mechanism of library digital trust,including top-level design of digital trust system construction mechanism,a smooth data trust circulation mechanism with data as the core,a people-oriented governance mechanism with perfect technology ethics,so as to promote the sustainable development of the process of library digital trust construction.
