摘要
基于洋葱模型构建大学生创新创业胜任力模型及其评价指标体系,包括创新创业知识、创新能力、机会能力、资源整合能力、团队建设能力和创新创业素养6个维度共17项指标。以参加第五届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛决赛的团队为样本。研究结果显示,创新创业知识维度得分最高,创新创业素养维度得分最低,不同性别、学历和赛道的胜任力存在一定的差异。最后,从课程体系、实践平台和素养培养方面提出了提升胜任力的具体对策。
The state actively promotes"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",and college students adhering to the social mission actively participate in innovation and entrepreneurship.First of all,based on the research results of entrepreneurial competence,this paper deconstructs the innovation and entrepreneurship competency structure of college students,including three core characteristics of knowledge,ability and literacy.Then,based on the onion model,a innovation and entrepreneurship competency model for college students with 17 indicators in 6 dimensions including knowledge,innovation ability,opportunity ability,resource integration ability,team building ability and innovation,and entrepreneurship literacy was constructed.The results show:the Fifth China's"Internet plus"College Students'innovation and entrepreneurship competition is in a good level,and the highest score is the knowledge,and the lowest score is literacy,the competence is different for gender,education background and track.Finally,the paper puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship competency of college students from curriculum system,practice,literacy training.The construction of innovation and entrepreneurship competence model for college students provides a useful reference for the cultivation and evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
