大学生公共预算认知影响因素研究——基于湖南省长沙市五所高校的调研

摘要 公共预算是推进国家治理现代化的重要支撑,而当代大学生是未来推进国家治理现代化的主力军,必须提高大学生的公共预算认知水平。通过对湖南省长沙市五所高校的随机调查,发现目前我国大学生对公共预算的认知水平总体偏低,他们对现有的公共预算宣传也不满意。大学生的公共预算认知水平除受性别、生源地类型、专业、学历层次和父母亲学历等因素影响外,还受到获取公共预算资讯的途径和资讯呈现方式的深刻影响。提升大学生公共预算认知水平,应该从构建公共预算协同教育模式、增强新媒体公共预算宣传力度、完善公共预算制度和提高公共透明度上下功夫。 Public budget is an important support to promote the modernization of national governance.Contemporary college students are the main force to promote the modernization of national governance in the future.Therefore,we must improve the cognitive level of college students'public budget.Through a random survey of five universities in Changsha,Hunan province,it is found that China's college students'cognitive level of public budget is generally low at present,and they are not satisfied with the existing public budget publicity.The survey also shows that college students'awareness of public budget is not only affected by gender,type of student origin,major,educational level and parents'educational background,but also deeply affected by the ways to obtain public budget information and the way of information presentation.To improve college students'awareness of public budget,the policy is to build a collaborative education model of public budget,strengthen the publicity of new media public budget,improve the public budget system and strengthen public transparency.
