摘要
分析了影响球墨铸铁轧辊质量的各种因素,从化学成分设计、温度控制、配料、球化处理、孕育处理以及过程控制等方面进行优化,总结了综合应用中频感应电炉熔炼铁液的质量控制技术。生产结果显示:改进工艺后,球墨铸铁轧辊芯部的球化率由70%左右提高到95%左右,牛眼铁素体体积分数明显增多,且分布均匀;铸件硬度符合72~78 HSD要求的上限,耐磨性较好;轧辊辊颈的抗拉强度达到520 MPa以上,较改进工艺前,抗拉强度提高了30%,过钢量也有一定程度的提高。
Various factors influencing quality of nodular iron roller were analyzed.By optimizing chemical composition design,temperature control,melting charges mixture,nodularizing treatment,inoculating treatment,and process control,the quality control technology of comprehensively using medium frequency induction furnace to melt iron liquid was summarized.Production results showed:after process being improved,the nodularity of the roller core area was elevated from about 70%to about 95%,the volume fraction of bull eyes-shape ferrite was increase obviously and distributed uniformly,the casting hardness met top limit of 72~78 HSD requirements,wear resistance was good,the tensile strength of roller neck reached 520 MPa and higher.The tensile strength has been increased by 30%,the rolled steel volume was also elevated by certain degree.
