基于人群行为模式和环境调查的兰州市饮用水中重金属暴露的健康风险评价 被引量:1

Human behavior patterns and environmental pollution survey based health risk assessment of heavy metals in drinking water for the population in Lanzhou City

摘要 饮用水是人体重金属暴露健康风险的主要来源之一,准确评估人体经饮用水暴露重金属的健康风险可为环境风险管理及人群健康风险防范提供重要的科学依据。为识别西北地区居民饮用水暴露特征及其健康风险,本研究以兰州市典型城市(城关区)和农村(榆中县)地区为案例区,于2018年采集200个饮用水样本。利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)分析城镇及农村居民饮用水中Se、Cr、Mn、Cu、Mo、Cd、Ba、Pb、As共9种重金属含量,结合居民饮用水暴露行为模式特征,采用美国环保署推荐的暴露和健康风险评价模型开展城镇及农村居民对9种重金属的暴露特征和健康风险研究。结果表明,城镇和农村饮水中9种重金属的浓度均达到国家饮用水卫生标准,各类人群经口饮水和皮肤暴露的非致癌的总风险分别小于0.106和0.183,风险均处于可接受水平以内。 As drinking water is one of the major sources of human health risks resulting from exposure to heavy metal, accurately assessing human health risks from exposure to heavy metal through drinking water can provide an important scientific basis for environmental risk management and population health risk prevention.In order to identify drinking water exposure characteristics and their associated risks in northwestern China, 200 drinking water samples were collected from typical urban(Chengguan District) and rural(Yuzhong County) areas of Lanzhou in 2018.The contents of Se, Cr, Mn, Cu, Mo, Cd, Ba, Pb and As in drinking water of urban and rural residents were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Following recommendations of Environmental Protection Agency(EPA),the exposure and health risk assessment model was used to study the exposure characteristics to 9 heavy metals and its associated health risks for urban and rural residents.The results showed that the concentrations of 9 heavy metals in urban and rural drinking water reached the national drinking water sanitation standard, and the total non-carcinogenic risks of oral drinking water and skin exposure were 0.106 and 0.183,respectively.Overall, the risks were all within the acceptable level.
