中国南方湿润气候区流域海绵指标体系构建 被引量:1

Construction of sponge watershed index system in humid climate region of southern China

摘要 以中国南方湿润气候区为研究对象,提出了一套流域海绵指标体系框架。以6个典型海绵试点城市为例,对当前海绵城市评价标准进行梳理,在此基础上从水安全、水资源、水环境、水生态和水景观5个类别提出流域海绵建设的18项指标,并阐述其主要特点。分析结果表明,总体上试点城市涵盖的指标占比为66.7%,说明两套体系之间密切相关,其中宁波市涵盖55.6%的流域海绵指标,最低为南宁市22.2%。流域海绵指标体系具有关注流域尺度、兼顾不同层面和容易量化计算3个主要特点。河网连接度、点源污染就地处理和慢行交通连通性等创新指标的提出,可以为规划阶段流域海绵的建设提供指引。 Taking humid climate region of south China as the research object, a framework of sponge watershed index system was proposed.Taking 6 typical sponge pilot cities as examples, the current index system of sponge city was sorted out.Then 18 indexes of sponge watershed were put forward and their main characteristics were expounded in 5 categories: water security, water resource, water environment, water ecology and water landscape, respectively.The results showed that 66.7% of the sponge indexes were covered by the pilot cities, indicating that there was a close correlation between the two systems.Ningbo covered 55.6% of the sponge watershed indexes, while Nanning covered 22.2% of the sponge indexes.The sponge watershed index system showed three main characteristics: paying attention to watershed scale, taking into account of different levels and being easy to quantify.Innovative indicators such as river network connectivity, on-site treatment of point source pollution, increasing rate of native plant species and slow traffic connectivity can provide guidance for the construction of sponge watershed.
