摘要
目的:分析社区冠心病采用复方丹参滴丸治疗的临床价值。方法:临床研究对象为2019年1月-2020年6月社区冠心病患者120例。将所有患者分为两组,各60例。对照组患者采用单硝酸异山梨酯单药治疗,观察组采用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合复方丹参滴丸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗有效率、不良反应发生情况及血流动力学指标。结果:对照组治疗有效率低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率及血浆黏度均高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对社区冠心病患者采用复方丹参滴丸治疗,可以显著提高患者治疗效果,且用药安全性高,值得进一步推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of community coronary heart disease using compound Danshen dripping pills.Methods:120 patients with community coronary heart disease from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as clinical research objects.All patients were divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate monotherapy.Patients in the observation group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate tablets combined with compound Danshen dripping pills.The treatment efficacy,adverse reactions and hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment efficacy in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fibrinogen,hematocrit,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and plasma viscosity in the control group were higher than those in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For community coronary heart disease patients,compound Danshen dripping pills can significantly improve the patient’s therapeutic effect,and the safety is high,which is worthy of further promotion.
