摘要
针对硬密封高温球阀,通过Workbench对球体、阀座进行热固耦合研究,模拟其在高温蒸汽工况中真实受力状态,分析热应力与压应力等载荷共同作用时对球座性能的影响,为高温球阀设计优化提供参考。
For the hard seal ball valve under high temperature,the thermal solid coupling research of the ball and valve seat is carried out through the Workbench to provide reference and optimization for the design of high-temperature ball valve.The real stress state of the ball and valve seat is simulated under the condition of high-temperature steam,so as to analyze the influence of the combined action of thermal stress and compressive stress on the performance of the ball and seat.
