摘要
水电站在投运后,由于水力因素影响,过流部件易出现气蚀现象。介绍了一种水轮机过流部件气蚀处理的新工艺,研发一种新型聚合金属混合剂,将其应用于过流部件表面气蚀部位的修复和防腐蚀涂层,彻底解决了固定导叶气蚀问题。
Cavitation of overcurrent components is easy to occur after putting into operation of hydropower plant due to hydraulic factors.This paper describes a new process for cavitation treatment of turbine overflow components and develops a new type of polymer metal mixture.It is applied to repair the cavitation area on the surface of overcurrent components and anti-corrosion coating,which completely solves the cavitation problem of fixed guide vanes.
