摘要
随着构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统建设的快速推进,水电厂作为电力系统调频调峰的优势日渐显现。为适应技术不断更新的电网运行要求、管理不断提升的水电厂“无人值班,少人值守”生产管控模式及不断提高的经营提质增效需求,水电厂电气设备的维护与安全运行显得至关重要,怎样保证水电厂电气设备安全可靠运行已成为发电厂的重要工作之一。针对传统的水电厂电气设备维护方式及安全运行保障措施、运维管理体系、管理流程及专业人员技术能力等方面存在的问题,提出了改进措施,以最大限度保证厂网运行安全。
With the rapid development of new power system construction with new energy as the main body,the advantage of hydropower plant as power system frequency and peak regulation is gradually emerging.The technology required for power grid operation is constantly updated.The production management and control mode of hydropower plant"unmanned,few on duty"is also improving constantly.With the continuous improvement of operation quality and efficiency,the maintenance and safe operation of electrical equipment in hydropower plant is very important.How to ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment in hydropower plant has become one of the important tasks of power plant.In view of the problems existing in the traditional maintenance mode of electrical equipment and safety operation guarantee measures,operation and maintenance management system,management process and technical ability of professionals,this paper proposes improvement measures to maximize the safety of plant network operation.
