摘要
随着新时代社会经济的不断发展,“工匠精神”越来越受到社会、行业,特别是用人单位的重视,从业者是否具备“工匠精神”已成为能否被用人单位聘用的重要考量依据。通过阐述“工匠精神”的内涵及其融入课程专业教学的必要性,进一步研究“工匠精神”融入城市轨道交通客运组织课程教学的实施路径。通过在课程体系构建、理论和实践教学、课程教学活动、新形态教材编制以及课程考核评价体系等方面融入“工匠精神”,从而塑造出德技并修、知行合一的新时代“校园人”和“地铁人”。
With the continuous development of social economy in the new era, "craftsman spirit" has been paid more and more attention by society, industry, especially employers. Whether practitioners having "craftsman spirit" has become an important consideration basis for whether they can be employed by employers. By expounding the connotation of "craftsman spirit" and the necessity of integrating it into the professional curriculum teaching, this paper further studies the implementation path of integrating "craftsman spirit" into the curriculum teaching of urban rail transit passenger transport organization. By integrating the "craftsman spirit" into the construction of curriculum system, theoretical and practical teaching, curriculum teaching activities, the compilation of new forms of teaching materials and the curriculum assessment and evaluation system, thereby the "campus people" and "subway people" combining morality and technology and integrating knowledge and practice are shaped in a new era.
