摘要
结合山西某典型煤矿井下实际条件,进行了CT200-2.6智能成套一体化综采机组的设计论证。通过合理的“三机”选型配套以及统一的控制平台、标准的通信协议、完全开放的数据,构建一体化的智能控制系统,成功实现了多设备的深度协同控制,并进行了井下工业性验证,液压支架自动跟机率达95%,采煤机记忆截割率达90%,成功实现了煤矿的减人增效,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。
In combination with actual underground conditions of a typical coal mine in Shanxi,the design demonstration of CT200-2.6 intelligent complete set integrated fully-mechanized mining unit was carried out.After reasonable selection and matching of "three machine",on the basis of uniform control platform,standard communication protocol and fully-open data,integrated intelligent control system was constructed,so as to successfully realize the in-depth collaborative control of multiple equipments.Moreover,underground industrial test was conducted.The probability of moving and following of the hydraulic support reached 95%,and the memory cutting ratio of the shearer reached 90%,thus the personnel reduction and efficiency increase were achieved,remarkable economic and social benefit were obtained.
