摘要
电液控制阀作为支架供液系统中常用阀,其压差-流量特性对整个供液系统的影响较大。通过试验测试结合理论计算,详细研究了液压支架电液控制阀的压差-流量特性,实测了不同流量下的压力损失,得到了500 L电液控制阀的压力损失变化规律,修正了理论公式中等效流量系数,得到了全流量下压力损失特性,为液压支架供液系统压力损失特性的进一步研究提供了借鉴和参考。
The electro-hydraulic control valve is commonly used in the liquid supply system of the hydraulic support,its characteristics between differential pressure and flow have great influence on the whole liquid supply system.In the paper,based on test and theoretical computation,the characteristics between differential pressure and flow of the electro-hydraulic control valve in the hydraulic support was reached in detail,and the pressure loss at various flow were tested.The variation laws of the pressure loss of 500 L electro-hydraulic control valve were obtained.The equivalent flow efficient in theoretical formula was corrected,and the pressure loss characteristics at full flow were obtained.It offered reference for further research on pressure loss characteristics of the liquid supply system of the hydraulic support.
