产教融合背景下服装与服饰设计专业校企合作项目制培养模式探索 被引量:1

摘要 ,产教融合不仅是高校人才培养改革的主旋律,更是市场经济体制下校企合作与校企共赢的必然趋势.本文讨论了国内高校服装与服饰设计专业产教融合培养模式运作中存在的问题,介绍了某高校服装与服饰设计专业通过校企合作项目制模式深化产教融合的实践过程,并分析了实践结果与预期差距较大的原因,即教学形式单一、“双师型”队伍建设不到位、学生选拔工作不在线.针对这三个问题,本文提出了解决思路,即设定教学模块、重构课程体系,丰富教学方式;引培并重、联合考核,科学建设“双师型”队伍;分层分类、因材施教,实现精准育人. The integration of production and education is not only the main theme of the reform of talent training in colleges and universities,but also the inevitable trend of school-enterprise cooperation and school-enterprise win-win under the market economy system.This paper discusses the problems existing in the operation of the production-education integration training mode of clothing and clothing design majors in domestic colleges and universities,introduces the practical process of deepening the industrial integration of clothing and clothing design majors in a university through the school-enterprise cooperation project system model,and analyzes the practical results and The reasons for the large gap are expected to be a single teaching form,inadequate construction of a"double-qualified"team,and offline selection of students.In response to these three problems,this paper proposes solutions,namely,setting teaching modules,reconstructing the curriculum system,and enriching teaching methods;paying equal attention to both introduction and training,joint assessment,and scientifically building a"double-qualified"team;Precise education.
