摘要
文中研发了一套基于STM32的由多个废气检测节点和中央处理模块组成的无线传感网络,完成工业废气的多点实时监测。设计了检测节点和中央处理模块的硬件电路以及软件程序,以STM32、气体传感器和ZigBee模块研发检测节点硬件电路,以STM32、GPRS模块和ZigBee模块研发中央处理模块硬件电路,采用PYQT编写系统上位机界面。STM32对数据进行采集和打包等处理,ZigBee模块实现数据的多点透传,GPRS模块完成数据的远传和预警信息发送。实验结果证明,该系统可以准确地监测工业废气,实时记录检测结果,并实现短信预警功能。
A wireless sensor network composed of multiple exhaust gas detection nodes and central processing modules based on STM32 was developed to complete the multi-point real-time monitoring of industrial exhaust gas.The hardware circuit and software program of the detection node and the central processing module were designed,the hardware circuit of detection node was developed with STM32,gas sensor and ZigBee module,the hardware circuit of central processing module was developed with STM32,GPRS module and ZigBee module,and the upper computer interface of the system was written with PYQT.STM32 collected and packaged data,ZigBee module realized multi-point transparent transmission of data,and GPRS module completed remote transmission of data and sending of early warning information.The experimental results show that the system can accurately monitor industrial waste gas,record the detection results in real time,and realize the short message early warning function.
