摘要
吡喃酮类衍生物是一类具有生物活性的六元杂环化合物,同时,许多吡喃酮类化合物还是重要的有机合成中间体,广泛应用到医药,农药的合成中。本论文以氢氧化钠为碱,2-二乙硫基亚甲基乙酰乙酰苯胺和丙二腈合成了一系列新型多取代2-吡喃酮-3-甲酸,通过核磁共振、质谱分析对所得化合物的结构进行表征,并对该反应合成机理进行了探讨。该合成方法条件温和、操作安全、收率高。
Pyranones and their derivatives are one of the impertant six-membered heterocyclic compounds with biological activity,and are used as promising intermediates in the synthesis of pharmacy and pesticides.A series of novel polysubstituted 2-pyranone-3-formic acid compounds were synthesized from 2-bis(ethylthio)methylene acetoacetanilide and malononitrile in the presence of sodium hydroxide.The composition and structure had been characterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and HR-MS.Moreover,the mechanism for the reaction was proposed in this paper.The reported synthesis had the advantages of mild conditions,safe operation and higher yields.
