摘要 从手工食品被民众热捧的原因、存在的问题、保证其良性发展的应对措施以及在未来市场发展展望四方面综述了手工制作食品在当前市场中存在的机遇与挑战,并对手工制作食品未来发展趋势以及市场占有率做出预判分析,以期为手工制作食品的良性发展提供一定的理论参考。 This paper summarizes the opportunities and challenges of handmade food in contemporary development from four aspects:the reasons why handmade food is popular,the existing problems,the countermeasures to ensure its benign development and the prospect of future market development,and makes a prediction and analysis on the future development trend and market share of handmade food,in order to provide some theoretical reference for the benign development of handmade food.
