口腔医学专业实习生实习满意度和职业认同感的调查研究 被引量:2

Investigation on the satisfaction degree and professional identity of stomatology interns

摘要 目的了解口腔医学专业实习生的实习满意度与职业认同感,分析其实习现状和职业认同的认识差异,了解实习中存在的问题,探讨影响实习满意度的因素及实习满意度与职业认同感之间的关系。为进步改善实习环境、提升实习教学质量,提高职业认同感提出参考建议,促进口腔人才培养。方法选取2020年9月至2021年6月的来自浙江中医药大学口腔医学专业的112名在杭实习生作为研究对象,通过网络发放问卷的形式调查实习满意度和职业认同感,并探讨实习满意度的影响因素及实习满意度与职业认同感的相关性。结果本调查中实习生实习满意度总分为(50.45±7.09)分,条目均分为(3.88±0.55)分;职业认同感总分为(53.61±7.90)分,条目均分为(4.12±0.61)分。公立单位实习生的实习满意度总分高于私立单位,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。不同性别、学历、生源地、实习单位选择方式、实习经历的实习满意度总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实习生实习满意度与职业认同感呈正相关(r=0.587,P<0.01)。结论实习生的实习满意度、职业认同感均处于中高水平,但仍有进步提升空间。实习单位性质对实习生实习满意度有影响,实习满意度对职业认同感的形成、巩固有正向调节作用。 Objective To understand the internship satisfaction and professional identity of dental interns,analyze the differences in their internship status and professional identity,understand the problems existing in the internship,and explore the factors affecting internship satisfaction and the relationship between internship satisfaction and professional identity.In order to improve the practice environment,improve the quality of practice teaching,and improve the sense of professional identity,it puts forward reference suggestions and promotes the training of dental talents.Methods From September 2020 to June 2021,112 interns in Hangzhou from Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine majoring in stomatology were selected as the research objects,and the questionnaires were distributed through the internet on their internship satisfaction and professional identity.A survey was conducted to explore the influencing factors of internship satisfaction and the correlation between internship satisfaction and professional identity.Results In this survey,the total score of internship satisfaction of interns was(50.45±7.09)points,and the item average score was(3.88±0.55)points.The total score of professional identity was(53.61±7.90)points,and the item average score was(4.12±0.61)points.The internship satisfaction of the public unit was higher than that of the private unit,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There were no statistically significant differences in the internship experience with different gender,educational background,origin of students,the selection method of the internship unit(P>0.05).Internship satisfaction was positively correlated with their professional identity(r=0.587,P<0.01).Conclusion The internship satisfaction and professional identity of the interns are in the middle and high level,but there is still room for improvement.The nature of the internship unit has an impact on the internship satisfaction of interns,and the internship satisfaction has a positive moderating effect on the formation and consolidation of professional identity.
