摘要
ARCS动机模型从注意、相关性、自信心和满足四个维度提出一系列面向动机激发与维持的教学策略,对高职院校的英语四级听力教学有指导意义。基于对该内涵的把握,分析了ARCS模型视角下高职学生的英语四级听力动机现状,针对现状探索了具体的英语四级听力教学策略,并将其应用于大学英语教改项目的英语四级班教学中。
ARCS Motivation Model puts forward a series of teaching strategies for motivation stimulation and maintenance fromdimensions of attention,relevance,self-confidence and satisfaction,which provides guidance to listening teachingfor College English Test Band 4(CET4)in higher vocational colleges.Based on this model,this study analyzes the motivation of higher vocational students in English listening training,explores specific teaching strategies according to the current situation,and applies them to the teaching practice.
