摘要
为解决分布式光伏电站发电的间歇性和随机性对电网电压和频率造成的影响,研发了一种分布式光伏电站监控装置。首先,介绍了该装置的基本原理以及硬件和软件层面的设计。然后,为充分发挥逆变器本身具备的快速和连续的无功和有功调节能力,采用改进的增量式PID(比例积分微分)和一次调频曲线分别进行无功/电压和有功/频率的自动控制。最后,仿真结果、无功跟随试验、一次调频试验以及现场电压调节试验结果验证了装置具有良好的调压和调频能力。
A monitoring device for distributed photovoltaic power stations has been developed to diminish the impact of intermittent and random power generation on the grid voltage and frequency. Firstly,the basic principle of the device and the design of hardware and software are introduced. Secondly,to give full play to the inverters’ fast and continuous reactive power and active power adjustment capability,an improved incremental PID(proportional-integralderivative)control and primary frequency modulation curve are used for reactive power/voltage control and active power/frequency control respectively. Finally,the simulation results,reactive power following test,primary frequency regulation test,and on-site voltage regulation test results have verified the device’s enormous voltage regulation and frequency regulation capabilities.
