摘要
研究了添加氧化苯磷基丙烯酸酯(DAPPO)、笼状倍半硅氧烷丙烯酸酯(acr-POSS)和1H、1H、2H、2H-过氟二烷基丙烯酸酯(PFOA)对光固化聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯涂料的超疏水性和耐火性的影响。结果表明,在聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(质量分数50%)中添加DAPPO可提高其耐燃性,添加acrPOSS和PFOA可提高其表面疏水性。用极限氧指数(LOI)和水接触角表征光固化混合涂料的可燃性和表面性能。与聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯涂料相比,混合涂料的水接触角从72.7°±2°增加到147.2°±2°,LOI从17.0±0.08增加到24.3±0.08。
The effects of the addition of phenyl phosphine oxide acrylate(DAPPO),polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane acrylate(acr-POSS)and 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl acrylate(PFOA)on the superhydrophobicity and fire-resistance of photo-curable urethane-acrylate coatings were investigated.The results showed that the addition of DAPPO into urethane-acrylate(50%)could improve its flame resistance,and the addition of acr-POSS and PFOA could improve its surface hydrophobicity.The flammability and surface properties of the photo-curable hybrid coatings were characterized by limiting oxygen index(LOI)and water contact angle.Compared with the urethane-acrylate coatings,the water contact angle of the hybrid coatings increased from 72.7°±2°to 147.2°±2°and LOI increased from 17.0±0.08 to 24.3±0.08.
