摘要
碳纤维复合材料、铝合金和钛合金是制造航空航天飞行器的重要材料,但制造技术复杂,制造质量要求极端严格,制造成本居高不下,清洗精度与效率要求也更高,使得污染大、适应性差、可控性不佳的传统清洗方式亟待更新。因此环保高效的激光清洗技术逐步开始应用于航空航天材料的制造过程,推动和促进现代材料制备技术的突破。简述激光清洗在航空航天领域的研究现状,重点综述碳纤维复合材料、钛合金和铝合金3种航空航天材料的激光清洗技术研究进展。目前航空航天材料的激光清洗效果显著、环保且对基底无损伤,可以有效提高材料的部分表面性能,配合传感和智能等技术可以实现时空范围的可控性高精密清洗,应用前景好。
Carbon fiber composites,aluminum alloys and titanium alloys are important materials for manufacturing aerospace vehicles.But at the same time,its shortcomings can be seen at a glance,such as the manufacturing technology is complex,the manufacturing quality requirements are extremely strict,and the manufacturing cost remains high,and the requirements for cleaning accuracy and efficiency are higher,which make the traditional cleaning methods with high pollution,poor adaptability and poor controllability to be updated.Therefore,this paper briefly describes the research status of laser cleaning in aerospace field,and with emphasis on the laser cleaning technology of three aerospace materials:Carbon fiber composite,titanium alloy and aluminum alloy.Ultimately,the literature shows that laser cleaning of surface materials of aerospace materials has remarkable effect,environmental protection and no damage to the substrate.Even under the optimal process parameters,it can effectively improve the surface properties of some materials.In addition,combined with sensing and intelligent manufacturing technology,laser cleaning can carry out controllable high-precision cleaning in the field of space-time,which will have a good application prospect.
