摘要
GATA基因家族是真核生物中的一种转录因子,在动植物发育分化、生长增殖、分解凋亡以及植物响应环境变换等生物学过程中发挥着重要作用。本研究利用生物信息学手段对高粱(Sorghum)GATA基因家族进行了全基因组分析,鉴定得到31个GATA基因家族成员,定位在9条染色体上(第7号染色体除外);亚细胞定位预测表明这些基因主要位于细胞核上;系统进化分析可将高粱GATA成员分为3个亚家族,大部分相似功能的已知植物GATA成员被聚在同一分枝上;表达模式分析表明,21个高粱GATA家族成员在6个高粱组织中表达具有特异性。本研究鉴定并分析了高粱GATA转录因子的生物学信息特征,为分子水平上高粱GATA家族基因的功能研究提供了一定的理论基础。
The GATA gene family is a kind of transcription factor in eukaryotes,which plays an important role in the biological processes of animal and plant development and differentiation,growth and proliferation,decomposition and apoptosis,and plant response to environmental changes.This study used bioinformatics methods to analyze the whole genome of the GATA gene family of sorghum,and identified 31 GATA gene family members,located on 9 chromosomes(Except chromosome 7).The prediction of subcellular location indicated these genes were mainly located in the nucleus.Phylogenetic analysis divided the sorghum GATA members into three subfamilies.Most of the known plant GATA members with similar functions were clustered on the same branch.The sorghum GATA members that are closely related in the evolutionary tree tend to have similar gene structures and conserved motifs.Expression pattern analysis showed that 21 sorghum GATA family members expressed specificity in 6 sorghum tissues.This study identified and analyzed the biological information characteristics of sorghum GATA transcription factors,which provided a theoretical basis for the functional study of sorghum GATA family genes at the molecular level.
