摘要
以聚乙烯、聚脲材料为外壳材料,聚氨酯硬泡为内部填充支撑材料,结合不同工程区域的防护要点,设计研发出一种新型海管交叉点防护处理技术。以渤海某项目为依托,通过模拟计算校核、现场性能试验等方法对该项技术进行了验证。结果表明,该技术适用于S型铺设海管的交叉点即时防护处理,可替代现行水泥压块处理方式,降低海管交叉点的综合处理费用。
A new type of ocean pipe crossing protection technology was designed and developed with polyethylene and polyurea as the shell and rigid polyurethane foam as the internal filling support material, combined with the protection points of different engineering areas. Based on a project in the Bohai Sea, this technology was verified by means of simulation calculation and field performance tests. The results showed that this technology was suitable for the immediate protection treatment of the crossing point of S-type marine pipe laying. It could replace the current treatment method of cement compaction, and reduce the comprehensive treatment cost of the crossing point of marine pipe laying.
