摘要
目的探讨氯氮平、利培酮对精神分裂症患者药物治疗后对患者脂代谢的影响。方法将100例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,每组各50例。分别运用氯氮平、利培酮治疗6个月,比较治疗前后患者的血脂检测指标,并评定其临床疗效。结果经过6个月药物治疗,所有入组精神分裂症患者的PANSS得分、阴性症状得分、阳性症状得分较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.05)。经过6个月药物治疗,氯氮平组有效22例,好转15例,无效13例,总有效率为74.00%;利培酮组有效27例,好转19例,无效4例,总有效率为92.00%。治疗后,氯氮平组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C明显升高,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);利培酮组患者的TC明显升高,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯氮平与利培酮用于治疗精神分裂症,利培酮对患者的血脂水平影响较氯氮平小,且利培酮组疗效优于氯氮平组。在临床运用过程中,建议使用利培酮。
Objective:To investigate the effects of clozapine and risperidone on lipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia after drug treatment.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The patients were treated with clozapine and risperidone for 6 months respectively,and the blood lipid detection indexes of the patients before and after treatment were compared,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:After 6 months of drug treatment,the scores of PANSS,negative and positive symptoms of all patients with schizophrenia in the group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After 6 months of drug treatment,22 cases were effective in the clozapine group,15 cases were improved,and 13 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 74.00%;in the risperidone group 27 cases were effective,19 cases were improved,and 4 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 92.00%.After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C of patients in the clozapine group were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);TC of patients in the risperidone group were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clozapine and risperidone were used in the treatment of schizophrenia.The effect of risperidone on blood lipid level was less than that of clozapine,and the effect of risperidone group was better than that of clozapine group.In the process of clinical application,it is recommended to use risperidone.
