摘要
高压并联电抗器的振动信号含有丰富信息,可以反映电抗器内部机械状态。针对一台10 kV高压并联电抗器搭建振动测试平台,首先,应用最小二乘法对不同电压等级下的振动主频率进行曲线拟合,以R-square描述拟合曲线与实测值之间的线性度,从而确定最佳测点;然后,在最佳测点选择的基础上,提出了基于多参量融合的电抗器故障检测与诊断方法。研究结果表明,电抗器振动频率以100 Hz及其倍频为主,振动大的区域主要集中于油箱四个边角,中部区域线性拟合度较高,振动特征矩阵可以反映松动故障变化规律,诊断方法具有较高的正确率。所提方法可以作为检测高压并联电抗器机械状态的手段以及为高压并联电抗器长期振动在线监测提供诊断依据。
The vibration signal of high voltage shunt reactor contains rich information that can reflect reactor internal mechanical states.Here,a vibration test platform was built for 10 kV high voltage shunt reactors.Firstly,the least square method was used to do curve fitting for vibration dominant frequencies under different voltage levels,and R-square was used to describe the linearity between the fitted curve and actually measured values to determine the best measuring point.Then,based on selection of best measuring points,the reactor fault detection and diagnosis method based on multi-parameter fusion was proposed.The study results showed that reactor vibration frequencies are mainly 100 Hz and its frequency multiplications,the large vibration region is mainly concentrated at four corners of reactor oil tank,the linear fitting degree of the middle area is higher;the vibration characteristic matrix can reflect the variation law of looseness fault,and the proposed diagnosis method has higher accuracy;the proposed method can be used as a means to detect mechanical states of high voltage shunt reactor,and provide a diagnostic basis for long-term on-line vibration monitoring of high voltage shunt reactors.
