摘要
采用溶液聚合的方法引发醋酸丁酸纤维素(CAB)形成自由基,进而与丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和γ-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)类单体接枝共聚合成KH560改性的醋丁纤维素水性乳液。考察了KH560质量分数和AA质量分数(占单体总质量)对涂层及其乳液各项性能的影响,并利用X射线衍射、动态机械分析和热重分析等测试方法对产物进行表征。结果表明,当w(KH560)=7.5%、w(AA)=26.8%时,所得乳液呈乳白色且泛蓝光,单体转化率为91.9%,平均粒径为347 nm,能自然存放超过3个月,涂膜吸水率为7.69%,抗拉强度为13.6 MPa,撕裂伸长率为306%,改性后的树脂综合了CAB、丙烯酸酯和KH560的三重特性。
The solution polymerization method is employed to initiate cellulose acetate butyrate(CAB)to form free radicals,which is then combined with acrylic acid(AA),butyl acrylate(BA)andγ-glycidoxy propyl trimethoxysilane(KH560)through monomer graft copolymerization to obtain KH560 modified cellulose butyl acetate aqueous emulsion.The effects of KH560 mass fraction and AA mass fraction(in total monomer mass)on the properties of the coating and its emulsion are investigated,and the products are characterized by X-ray diffraction,dynamic mechanical analysis and thermogravimetric analysis.The results show that when w(KH560)=7.5%and w(AA)=26.8%,the obtained emulsion is milky white and bluish,the monomer conversion rate is 91.9%,the average particle size is 347 nm,and the emulsion can be stored naturally for more than 3 months.The water absorption of the coating film is 7.69%,the tensile strength is 13.6 MPa,and the tear elongation is 306%.The modified resin combines triple characteristics of CAB,acrylate and KH560.
