电针曲池、足三里穴对缺血性卒中大鼠脑功能的影响 被引量:11

Effects of electroacupuncture at Quchi and Zusanli on brain function in rats of middle cerebral artery occlusion model

摘要 目的:建立缺血性卒中(MCAO)大鼠模型,观察电针曲池、足三里穴对MCAO模型大鼠脑功能的影响。方法:将24只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(S组)、模型组(M组)和电针组(EA组),记录体重、神经缺损评分(NDS)、脑血流及造模前(B)、造模后(1d)、造模后(10d)的静息态功能磁共振(rs-fMRI),对比观察电针干预对脑缺血大鼠脑功能康复的影响。结果:NDS评分:M组、EA组2h、1d、3d、5d、7d均显著高于S组(P<0.05);M组1d、3d、5d、7d均显著高于EA组(P<0.05)。体重:S组、EA组3d、5d、7d与B、1d相比显著上升(P<0.05);M组7d与1d相比显著上升(P<0.05);M组与S组相比1d时显著下降(P<0.05);M组与S组、EA组相比5d、7d时均显著下降(P<0.05)。血流量、红细胞浓度:S组、EA组2h与B相比显著下降(P<0.05);S组1d与2h相比显著上升(P<0.05);EA组3d与2h相比显著上升(P<0.05);M组1d、3d、5d、7d时与其S组、EA组相比均显著下降(P<0.05)。脑成像中,10d时EA组在健侧小脑、脑干的基于体素的形态学分析(voxel-based morphometry,VBM)显著高于S组(P<0.05)。结论:电针早期干预对脑缺血大鼠的脑功能有影响,可能与建立有效的侧支循环及增强神经元活动有关,从而影响运动相关的脑区,具有促进运动功能康复的潜力。 Objective: A stroke rat model(middle cerebral artery occlusion, MCAO) was established to dynamically observe the effects of electroacupuncture at Quchi(LI 11)and Zusanli(ST 36) on brain function recovery in cerebral ischemia rats.Method:Twenty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into sham group(S),model group(M) and electroacupuncture group(EA). Body weight,neurological deficit scores(NDS),cerebral blood flow,resting functional magnetic resonance imaging were recorded. The effects of electroacupuncture intervention on brain function recovery in MCAO rats were observed.Result:NDS in M group and EA group increased significantly compared with S group on 2 h,1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d(P<0.05), and increased more significantly in M group compared with EA group on 1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d(P<0.05). Body weight in S group and EA group on 3 d, 5 d, 7 d increased significantly compared with B, 1 d(P<0.05);M group on 7 d increased significantly compared with 1 d(P<0.05);M group on 1 d decreased significantly compared with S group(P<0.05);M group on 5 d, 7 d decreased significantly compared with S group,EA group(P<0.05). In blood flow and erythrocyte concentration,S group,EA group decreased on 2 h significantly compared with B(P<0.05), S group increased on 1 d significantly compared with 2 h(P<0.05), EA group increased on 3 d significantly compared with 2 h(P<0.05), M group decreased significantly compared with S group, EA group on 1 d, 3 d, 5 d and 7 d(P<0.05). in 10 d, the VBM in EA group increased significantly compared with S group in left cerebellum and brain stem.Conclusion:The early intervention of electroacupuncture has effect on the brain function of MCAO rats,and is the potential treatment to promote motor rehabilitation which may related to establishing effective brain collateral circulation and enhancing neuronal activity in effecting motor-related brain regions.
