摘要
以双色汽车尾灯灯罩为研究对象,选取第一射熔体温度、第二射熔体温度、模具温度、第一射保压压力、第二射保压压力、保压时间作为设计变量,采用最优拉丁超立方试验设计选取了60组试验方案,并使用Moldflow软件进行有限元模拟,分析不同因素对第一射体积收缩率、第二射体积收缩率、总翘曲变形量的影响。多目标优化后,得到的最优参数组合为:第一射熔体温度240.03℃、第二射熔体温度245.65℃、模具温度73.41℃、第一射保压压力78.42%(占最高注射压力的百分比)、第二射保压压力80.00%、保压时间10.36s。使用最优参数组合进行试生产,可以生产出低收缩率、低翘曲变形量的双色尾灯灯罩。
Taking two-color car taillight lampshade as the research object,the first shot melt temperature,the second shot melt temperature,the mold temperature,the first shot holding pressure,the second shot holding pressure and the holding time were selected as design variables.60sets of test scheme were selected for the optimal Latin hypercube test design,and the finite element simulation was carried out with Moldflow software to analyze the effects of different factors on the first shot volume shrinkage,the second shot volume shrinkage and the total warpage deformation.After multi-objective optimization,the optimal parameter combination is 240.03℃for the first shot melt temperature,245.65℃for the second shot melt temperature,73.41℃for the mold temperature,78.42%(percentage of maximum injection pressure)for the first shot holding pressure,80.00%for the second shot holding pressure and 10.36sfor the holding time.Using the optimal parameter combination for trial production,two-color taillight lampshade with low shrinkage and low warpage deformation can be produced.
