摘要
冰刀鞋发展历史悠久,其技术发展经历了3个阶段。从原始骨质冰刀到铁质冰刀再到钢制冰刀和合金粉末钢冰刀,冰刀性能不断实现突破。冰刀的性能由单一的提高硬弹性开始向减小摩擦力方向拓展,冰刀鞋的适脚性和能量回归研究成为近年来新兴热点。我国冰刀鞋技术近年来发展较快,在刀体材料热处理、鞋身适脚性订制、碳纤维鞋垫订制、鞋身防损伤、整鞋能量回归等方面已经逐步接近世界水平。未来冰刀鞋的研发趋势将集中在刀体合金配方、刀体加工工艺、鞋身低温热塑材料、鞋垫个体订制4个方面。
Skate shoes have a long history of development, and its technical development has experienced three stages. From the original bone ice skate to iron ice skate, and then to steel ice skate and alloy powder steel ice skate, the performance of ice skate continues to achieve breakthroughs. The performance of skates has expanded from improving hard elasticity to reducing friction. The research on the fitness and energy return of skates has become a new hotspot in recent years. China’s skate shoe technology has developed rapidly in recent years. It has gradually approached the world level in terms of knife material heat treatment, shoes fitness customization, carbon fiber insoles customization, shoes damage prevention, shoes energy return and so on. In the future, the research and development trend of skate shoes will focus on four aspects: knife alloy formula, knife body processing technology, low-temperature thermoplastic materials of shoes, individual customization of insoles.
