摘要
目的:建立气相色谱内标法(FID)测定白酒中庚二酸二乙酯、辛二酸二乙酯和壬二酸二乙酯3种二元酸二乙酯含量不确定度的评定方法。方法:根据《化学分析测量不确定度评定》和《测量不确定度评定与表示》中的有关规定,建立不确定度的数学模型,系统分析本方法测量结果的不确定度来源,并对不确定度各个分量进行评估和合成。结果:得到庚二酸二乙酯、辛二酸二乙酯和壬二酸二乙酯3种二元酸二乙酯的扩展不确定度,分别为7.53 mg/L、6.53 mg/L、17.84 mg/L。结论:影响白酒中庚二酸二乙酯、辛二酸二乙酯和壬二酸二乙酯不确定度的主要因素是重复性、标准品纯度和用于吸取内标溶液的移液器的精度。
Objective: A method was developed for the evaluation of uncertainty in the determination of diethyl pimelate, diethyl suberate and diethyl nonanedioate in Baijiu by gas chromatography with internal standard(FID). Method: According to JJF 1059.1—2012, a mathematical model was established for uncertainty evaluation. the uncertainty sources of the measurement results are analyzed systematically, and each component of the uncertainty is evaluated and synthesized. Result: the expanded uncertainty of diethyl pimelate、diethyl suberate and diethyl nonanedioate was determined as 7.53 mg/L、6.53 mg/L、17.84 mg/L. Conclusion: The main factors affecting the uncertainty of diethyl pimelate、diethyl suberate and diethyl nonanedioate in Baijiu are the repeatability, purity of the reference substance and the accuracy of the pipette used to absorb the internal standard solution.
