摘要
分析温州市平阳县4种干制品共461批次样品中二氧化硫残留量的状况,并采用基于蒙特卡罗(Monte Carlo)模拟法的概率评估评价干制品中二氧化硫的膳食暴露风险。结果显示,百合、山药、党参和当归中二氧化硫的平均残留量分别为682.85 mg/kg、183.52 mg/kg、335.36 mg/kg和294.22 mg/kg。其中,超标率最高的是百合,达54.55%,最低的是山药,为27.84%。暴露风险评估结果显示,经山药、党参、当归途径摄入二氧化硫的风险系数在均值和最高暴露位点99.5%分位处均低于1,表明这3种干制品中二氧化硫的含量对普通人群甚至高危人群无明显健康风险;百合的风险系数在均值点小于1,而在最高暴露位点99.5%分位处的风险系数为1.07,高于1,表明百合对高危人群存在一定健康风险。
This study aimed to analyze the status of sulfur dioxide residue in a total of 461 samples of four kinds of dry products in Pingyang County, Wenzhou city, and the exposure assessments of sulfur dioxide residue in dry products were carried out by probabilistic assessment based on Monte Carlo simulation method. The results showed that the average residues of sulfur dioxide in lily, yam, Codonopsis pilosula and angelica were 682.85 mg/kg,183.52 mg/kg, 335.36 mg/kg and 294.22 mg/kg respectively. The highest exceeding rate is lily, up to 54.55%, and the lowest is yam, up to 27.84%. The results of exposure assessments show that the risk coefficient of sulfur dioxide intake through yam, Codonopsis pilosula and angelica is lower than 1 at the mean and 99.5% quantile of the highest exposure point, indicating that the content of sulfur dioxide in the three dry products has no obvious health risk to the general population and even high-risk groups. The risk coefficient of lily at the 99.5% quantile of the highest exposure point which higher than 1 is 1.07, indicating that the content of sulfur dioxide in lily has a certain health risk to the high-risk population.
