Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical management model in nurses in neonatal intensive care unit. Methods A total of 14 nurses who worked in the neonatal intensive care unit under the conventional management mode in the hospital from January to June 2021 were selected as the control group.14 nurses who worked in the neonatal intensive care unit under the hierarchical management model from July to December 2021 were selected as the observation group. The nursing staff before management were included in the control group, and the nursing staff after management were included in the observation group. The quality of nursing before and after management(specialized nursing, critical care, ward management and emergency supplies management),nursing quality indicators(use of disinfectant, standardized use of sterile items, and nurses'dress code)were compared and analyzed, and the incidence of nursing staff errors during management. Results The specialist nursing, critical care nursing, ward management, emergency supplies management and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The use of disinfectant, the standard use of sterile items, and the number of qualified nurses'dress codes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of errors of nursing staff in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management model of nursing acceptance of nursing staff in NICU can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing, improve the quality indicators of nursing work, and reduce the risk of errors of nursing staff.
