摘要
目的探讨安全管理模式对儿童预防接种效果的影响。方法选取滨州市疾病预防控制中心2019年10月—2020年10月儿童1000名进行研究,随机分成对照组、观察组,各500名。对照组采用常规预防接种模式,观察组采用安全管理模式。比较两组儿童预防接种率、家长预防接种认知度及满意度。结果观察组儿童预防接种率明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组儿童家长认知度明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组儿童家长满意度96.20%明显高于对照组93.20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全管理模式对儿童预防接种效果有显著影响,能明显提高儿童家长知晓率和配合度,从而保证预防接种的实效性。
Objective To explore the effect of safety management mode on the effect of vaccination on children.Methods 1000 children in the outpatient department of Binzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected for research.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 500 children in each group.The control group adopted the routine vaccination mode,and the observation group adopted the safety management mode.The children's vaccination rate,parents'awareness and satisfaction of vaccination were compared in the two groups.Results The vaccination rate of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognition of parents of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents of children in the observation group was 96.20%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,which was 93.20%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The safety management model has a significant impact on the effectiveness of children's vaccination,and can significantly improve the awareness rate and cooperation of children's parents,thereby ensuring the effectiveness of vaccination.
