无痛病房管理模式在骨科疼痛管理中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的分析无痛病房管理模式在骨科疼痛管理中的应用效果。方法选择该院骨科2019年12月—2021年12月20名医务工作者,根据抽签法分组,分为对比组、观察组,每组10名,对比组接受常规管理,观察组接受无痛病房管理,对比两组考核成绩、工作质量评分、职业认同感评分、患者满意度、护患纠纷发生率、医患纠纷发生率、患者投诉率。结果观察组理论知识、技能操作考核成绩评分均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作质量评分、职业认同感评分高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度(94.00%)高于对比组(68.00%),观察组护患纠纷发生率(0.00%)、医患纠纷发生率(0.00%)、患者投诉率(0.00%)均低于对比组(14.00%、12.00%、12.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛病房管理可有效提高骨科医务工作者考核成绩、工作质量、职业认同感,提高患者满意度,改善护患关系,降低护患纠纷发生率、医患纠纷发生率、患者投诉率。 Objective To analyze the application effect of painless ward management mode in orthopaedic pain management.Methods Selected 20 medical workers from the orthopedics department of the hospital from December 2019 to December 2021.According to the lottery method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 10 medical workersin each group.The control group received routine management,and the observation group received painless ward management.The assessment scores,job quality scores,professional identity scores,patient satisfaction,the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,the incidence of doctor-patient disputes,and the rate of patient complaints were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge and skill operation assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work quality score and professional identity score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in the observation group(94.00%)was higher than that in the control group(68.00%),and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes(0.00%),doctor-patient disputes(0.00%)and patient complaints(0.00%)in the observation group were lower than the control group(14.00%,12.00%,12.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless ward management can effectively improve the assessment performance,work quality and professional identity of orthopedic medical workers,improve patient satisfaction,and improve the relationship between nurses and patients,reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,doctor-patient disputes,and patient complaints.
