摘要
乡村教师定向培养是巩固乡村教育脱贫攻坚成果与促进乡村教育振兴的重要举措。通过分析乡村教师定向培养改革背景、改革历程,剖析乡村教师定向培养中存在的师德教育实效性不强、与乡村教育需求脱节、信息技术与教育教学相分离等问题,提出乡村教师定向培养改革的举措:培养目标定位乡村教育、课程体系服务乡村教育、实践教学融入乡村教育,以此落实师德教育新要求,提升人才培养新规格,推进信息技术与教育教学新融合,为地方师范院校推进公费师范生培养改革提供有益的借鉴。
Rural teachers′targeted training is a major measure in consolidating the targeted poverty alleviation in rural education and encouraging rural vitalization.Issues arising from rural teachers′targeted training like lacking effectiveness in professional ethics education,deviating from rural education needs,IT being disconnected from education and teaching are fully discussed on the basis of the analysis of the reform background and process of the targeted training initiative for rural teachers.Solutions to the inadequacies are that training objectives are intended for rural education,which curricula systems serve and practice education integrate into.In doing so,new requirements for teaching-related ethics education will see implementation;new standards for talent training will embrace updating;IT and education and teaching will promote new integration.Those solutions could work as a salutary reference for local teachers colleges and universities in advancing their training reform whereby they train state-funded teacher education undergraduates.
