摘要
人才培养是大学的核心任务,大学教师教学学术能力与人才培养的联系最直接、最紧密,是大学的核心竞争力,也是影响高等教育质量的关键所在。发展大学教师教学学术能力具有重要价值意蕴,是推动高等教育高质量发展的现实需要,是适应高等教育育人范式转型的需要,也是拓展大学教师学术职业发展的需要。大学教师教学学术能力的发展与教师学科学术能力发展、大学生能力发展、教师学术共同体建设、大学管理的规范引导以及新技术的有力支撑等多种因素密切相关。基于教与研、教与学、教与教、教与管、教与技五对关系的考察,构建了文化迁移为内生路径、制度支持为外部保障、界面协同为互促方式的大学教师教学学术能力发展机制。
Talent training is the core task of a university.Scholarship of teaching and learning(SoTL)ability is the core competitiveness of universitiesand the key to the quality of higher education,which has the most direct and close relationship with talent training.The development ofSoTL ability has great value.It is the realistic need to promote high-quality development of higher education,the need to adapt to transformation of educational paradigm in higher education,and the need to expand academic career development of university teachers.The development of SoTL ability is closely related to many factors,such as the development of teachers?discipline scholarship ability,the development of students?ability,the construction of teachers?academic community,the standardized guidance of university management and the strong support of new technologies.Based on the investigation of five pairs of relationships between teaching and academic research,teaching and learning,teaching and teaching,teaching and management,teaching and technology,the development mechanism of SoTL ability is constructed,which includes cultural transfer as an endogenous path,system support as an external guarantee,and interface synergy as a way of mutual promotion.
