光固化3D打印羟基磷灰石工艺参数优化

摘要 采用光固化3D打印技术,以羟基磷灰石、光敏树脂和分散剂为原料,成型后通过脱脂烧结得到支架样品,研究了球磨时间、粉体粒径尺寸、配比及不同种类分散剂对浆料黏度的影响.通过优化工艺参数及热重分析,扫描电子显微镜和黏度测试等技术方法对制备的支架试样进行了分析.结果表明:浆料的最佳球磨时间为120 min;采用油酸作为分散剂,羟基磷灰石采用15 wt%的纳米羟基磷灰石+85 wt%的微米羟基磷灰石的粉体配比可获得最佳的流动性,以此光固化3D打印后烧结制备的HAP支架材料具有较好性能. Hydroxyapatite,photosensitive resin and dispersant were used as ceramic slurry for light curing 3D printing.Then the final ceramic samples were obtained by light curing 3D printing and degreasing sintering.The physicochemical properties of the above-mentioned materials were characterized by DSC,SEM and viscosity test.The effects of ball milling time,powder gradation and different dispersants on the viscosity of ceramic slurry were studied.The experimental results show that the optimum ball milling time of light curing 3D printing hydroxyapatite ceramic slurry is 120 min;when 15 wt%nano hydroxyapatite+85 wt%micron hydroxyapatite powder is used as hydroxyapatite,the flow effect of ceramic slurry is better.HAP ceramic brackets with better quality can be prepared.
