摘要
以石墨和聚苯硫醚的混合粉末为原材料,通过热压工艺来制备质子交换膜燃料电池复合材料双极板,已成为目前双极板材料研究的重点之一。石墨/树脂复合材料双极板既克服了石墨材料机械性能差、精细加工困难,又克服了金属材料比重大,耐腐蚀性差等问题,但直接通过模具将粉末热压成型的复合材料双极板普遍具有厚度不均匀的现象,具体表现为中间厚四周薄的一种拱形状态。这种厚度误差在众多双极板叠加装配时的累积严重影响装配效果甚至导致电池组无法使用,因此复合材料双极板在热压成型后还需机械加工平整后才可以投入使用,超长的加工周期和过高的加工成本限制了复合材料双极板的应用和发展。本文提出通过粉末振动方式来消除粉末孔隙间空气的技术方案,使粉末铺放均匀并更加密实。实验结果表明,粉末振动工艺对双极板的厚度均匀性有很大改善。
The preparation of composite bipolar plates for proton exchange membrane fuel cell by hot pressing process using graphite and polyphenylene sulfide powder as raw materials has become one of the focuses of bipolar plate material research.Composite bipolar plate not only overcomes the poor mechanical properties and processing difficulties of graphite bipolar plate,but also overcomes the problems of heavy weight and poor corrosion resistance of metal materials,which has become the focus of bipolar plate material research.However,the thickness of the composite bipolar plate formed by hot pressing powder directly through the mold is generally uneven,which is manifested as an arch state with a thick middle and a thin surrounding.The accumulation of this thickness error in the assembly of many bipolar plates seriously affects the assembly effect and even makes the battery pack unusable,so it needs to be machined after hot pressing to be put into use.The application and development of composite bipolar plates are limited by the long processing cycle and high processing cost.This article proposes a technical solution to eliminate the air between the powder pores through powder vibration,so that the powder can be laid evenly and more densely.The experimental results show that the powder vibration process has greatly improved the thickness uniformity of the bipolar plate.
