摘要
针对显示屏幕工艺过程繁杂和市场需求多样的特点,在已做市场和可见需求的基础上,基于主控式创新设计方法从市场需求角度和技术进化角度分析未满足需求缺口、挖掘潜在市场需求,帮助企业及客户实现价值增值服务。首先,运用创新矩阵分析企业现有工艺过程质量检测方法的需求缺口,并确定未来质量检测方法的情境模式;其次,运用TRIZ理论分析现有方法的不足和情景模式的提升方向;然后,基于企业工艺过程质量监测数据和市场需求历史反馈数据构建客户潜在需求挖掘模型;并结合现有自动光学检测和信息化技术,提出产品全生命周期智能化质量检测方法构架;最后,以某微电子企业的显示屏幕工艺过程质量检测为研究对象,说明所提方法的可行性。
In this article, in view of the complex process and the ever-diversifying market demand of display screens, the method of dominant innovation is adopted to analyze the unmet gap and taps the potential from the perspectives of market demand and technological evolution, in order to help enterprises and customers acquire the value-added service. Firstly, the innovation matrix is used to explore the demand gap of the company’s current scheme of quality detection and determine the situational mode of future quality detection. Secondly, the TRIZ theory is applied to analyze the deficiencies of current method and the direction of the improved situational model. Then, according to the company’s current process quality-detection data and historical feedback of market demand, efforts are made to set up the model of mining the potential customers’ demand. In combination with the current automatic optical inspection and information technologies, a framework of intelligent quality detection is proposed for life cycle of display screens. Finally, with process quality detection of a microelectronic company’s display screen as an example, this method has proved feasible.
