摘要
大学生准社会性生存困境是高校“场域”中大学生存在性焦虑的事实呈现。“抗逆力”作为一种应对困境的能力,是有效应对大学生准社会性生存困境的突破口。本研究运用中文版10条目抗逆力量表(CD-RISC-10)、准社会性抗逆力量表等对浙江10所高校进行抽样分析。结果表明,当前高校大学生的整体抗逆力水平低下,心理抗逆力尤为欠缺;部分学生的心理抗逆力和角色抗逆力的下限较低。高校需要有针对性地开展准社会性生存教育,从准社会性生存意识、生存技能、生存价值等方面着力,培养锻造大学生的心理抗逆力、行动抗逆力与角色抗逆力,以实现促进学生全面发展的教育初衷。
The quasi-social survival dilemma of university students is a factual presentation of students’ existential anxiety in the“field”. As an ability to cope with difficulties,“resilience”is the breakthrough for university students to effectively cope with the quasi-social survival predicament. In this study, 10 universities in Zhejiang province were sampled and analyzed by using the Chinese version of the 10-item Resilience Scale(CDRISC-10) and the quasi-social resilience Scale. The results show that the overall level of university students’ resilience is low, especially in their psychological resilience. The lower limits of psychological and role resilience of some students are low. In order to achieve the original intention of promoting the all-round development of students, colleges and universities should carry out targeted quasi-social survival education so as to strengthen students’ psychological resilience, action resilience, and role resilience from the aspects of quasi-social survival consciousness, survival skills and survival value.
