摘要
目的研究实习档案对提高医学生临床带教质量的作用。方法2019年9月-2020年7月选择60名临床实习生随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组由实习生携带实习手册入科,实习内容参照实习手册,过程中不建立实习生档案,考核结果直接计入手册;观察组在传统教学法基础上引入实习档案,实习生严格按照档案中所列目录完成轮转任务,实习中期汇报进度,并根据进度适时调整计划,考核结果写入实习档案。实习结束后由医院统一组织理论与技能考核,考核内容为基本理论、基本知识、基本技能,并以无记名方式,请实习生实事求是填写教学质量评价表,确保实习教学质量。结果在医院组织的理论考核、操作考核中,观察组平均分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查结果显示:观察组在提高临床实践能力、工作能力等方面,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实习档案应用于临床带教中效果较理想,值得进一步探索和实践。
Objective The role of research practice files in improving the quality of clinical teaching for medical students.Methods From September 2019 to July 2020,60 clinical interns were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).In the control group,the interns brought the internship manual into the department,and the internship contents were referred to the internship manual.During the process,the intern files were not established,and the assessment results were directly included in the manual;the observation group introduced the internship file based on the traditional teaching method.The interns completed the rotation task in strict accordance with the directory listed in the file,reported the progress during the internship,adjusted the plan in time according to the progress,and wrote the assessment results into the internship file.After the practice,the hospital will uniformly organize the assessment of theory and skills.The assessment contents are basic theory,basic knowledge and basic skills.The interns are asked to fill in the teaching quality evaluation form in a anonymous manner to ensure the teaching quality of the practice.Results In the theoretical and operational examinations organized by the hospital,the average score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results of questionnaire survey showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving clinical practice ability and working ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of practice files in clinical teaching has an ideal effect,which is worthy of further exploration and practice.
