摘要
我国粮食发酵传统历史悠久,酒精食品工业的发展已有近百年的历史,食用酒精用途日益广泛,市场需求稳步增长,目前食用酒精产业发展迅速。在坚持以供给侧结构性改革为主线,优化产业结构的背景下,食用酒精产业的健康、合理发展对促进食品工业发展、推进乡村振兴、保障粮食安全和食品安全具有重大意义。因此,本文对比了食用酒精不同生产方法的原料价格变化、生产成本变化、政策影响等因素,分析了发酵酒精新增产能情况,展望了食用酒精产业发展前景。
China has a long tradition of grain fermentation.The development of alcohol food industry has a history of nearly 100 years.The use of edible alcohol is becoming more and more extensive,and the market demand is growing steadily.At present,the edible alcohol industry is developing rapidly.In the context of insisting on the supply side structural reform as the main line and optimizing the industrial structure,the healthy and reasonable development of the edible alcohol industry is of great significance to promote the development of the food industry,promote rural revitalization,and ensure food security and food safety.Therefore,this paper compares the raw material price change,production cost change,policy impact and other factors of different production methods of edible alcohol,analyzes the new production capacity of fermented alcohol,and looks forward to the development prospect of edible alcohol industry.
