摘要
随着可持续发展战略的深入贯彻实施,社会大众对经济发展与环境保护之间关系的认识不断提高,人们更加深刻意识到,经济发展是必须的,环境保护也是必然的,二者必须协调推进、统筹发展。化工企业在市场经济体制中不断增强整体实力,高度重视节能减排,主动执行节能减排相关政策。文章根据对循环经济和化工企业的分析研究,科学提出了以循环经济为核心的化工企业节能减排的模式和途径。
With the in-depth implementation of the sustainable development strategy and the continuous improvement of the public’s understanding of the relationship between economic development and environmental protection,we are more deeply aware that economic development is necessary and environmental protection is inevitable,and the two must be promoted in coordination and coordinated development.Chemical enterprises continue to enhance their overall strength in the market economic system,attach great importance to energy conservation and emission reduction,and actively implement relevant policies on energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on the analysis and research of circular economy and chemical enterprises,this paper scientifically puts forward the modes and ways of energy conservation and emission reduction of chemical enterprises with circular economy as the core.
