摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,人工智能技术不断应用于各行各业,与此同时,也对高校大数据与会计专业传统的人才培养模式带来一定的冲击。在分析人工智能背景下,高校大数据与会计专业人才培养的现状,提出新时代会计人才培养所面临的挑战,针对大数据与会计专业人才培养模式提出可行性建议:意愿层面,培养教师自我学习意识,激励教师自主学习大数据和人工智能相关知识;环境层面,深化校企合作,优化课程体系;能力层面,提高大数据与会计专业教师的实践教学能力。
With the rapid development of information technology,artificial intelligence technology is continuously applied to all walks of life.It also has a great impact on the traditional talent training mode of big data and accounting major in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation of training big data and accounting professionals in colleges and universities under the background of artificial intelligence,puts forward the challenges faced by the training of accounting professionals in the new era,and offers feasible suggestions.At the level of willingness,it cultivates teachers'self-learning awareness and encourages teachers to independently learn the knowledge related to big data and artificial intelligence;at the environmental level,it deepens school-enterprise cooperation and optimizes the curriculum system;at the ability level,it improves the practical teaching ability of big data and accounting teachers.
