静电喷雾工艺参数对乙基纤维素微粒形貌和粒径的影响

摘要 通过静电喷雾,将乙基纤维素(EC)溶解于二氯甲烷(DCM)中制备成EC微粒,探索了EC质量分数、注射速度、电压和接收距离对微粒形貌及直径的影响。通过扫描电镜观察EC微粒的形貌,并分析其粒径分布规律。结果表明:EC质量分数为2.5%、注射速度为1.5 mL/h、电压为17.5 kV和接收距离为15 cm时可得到形态好、平均粒径为7.68μm、分散均匀的圆片状EC微粒。EC质量分数过低或过高、注射速度过低或过高均可增加微粒不规则程度,增加电压可使EC微粒粒径降低,微粒粒径随着接收距离的增大而增大。 By electrostatic spraying, ethyl cellulose(EC) was dissolved in dichloromethane(DCM) to prepare EC microparticles, and the effects of EC mass concentration, injection speed, voltage and receiving distance on the morphology and diameter of microparticles were studied.The morphology of EC particles was observed through scanning electron microscope, and the particle size rules were analyzed.The results showed that when the EC concentration was 2.5 %,the injection speed was 1.5 mL/h, the voltage was 17.5 kV,and the receiving distance was 15 cm, disc-shaped EC particles were in good morphology with average particle size of 7.68 μm and even dispersion could be obtained.Too low or too high EC mass concentration and too low or too high injection speed increased the irregularity of the particles.Increasing the voltage reduced the particle size of EC particles, and the particle size increased with the increase of the receiving distance.
